    Hi Faisal, thank you for reaching out! Yes you can use all programming languages and our SDKs (https://developers.stellar.org/docs/software-and-sdks/) to build your project. However, for the NFT Wizard challenge we are looking for 'innovative NFT experiences', so in order to be considered for a prize you'll need to think beyond a simple marketplace and innovate on what you typically see with NFTs today.
